Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling within the 7 day trial period
If you are within the initial 14 day trial period, you can cancel at any time by not adding your payment details. Your trial and account will then be locked, and remain locked until you decide to subscribe to Jazoodle.
Cancelling after the 14 day trial period
If you have subscribed to a plan but you decide not to renew at a point after the initial 14 day trial period, simply click on the “Don’t Renew” button and when it comes to your next billing cycle. This will ensure that the subscription renewal process will not be actioned.
Please remember that all subscriptions are for a period of 12 months at a time, and should you choose to cancel your subscription before each 12 month period has elapsed, payments will still be taken for the total 12 month period as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Re-activating an account
After cancelling, you can re-activate your account by creating a new subscription at any time or by contacting us
