Our latest platform release is due for release on March 13th 2022. Here’s our list of updates for this very exciting release.
Indicative Business Valuation
Available in our new Business Health Pro version, an instant indicative valuation of a business, complying with APES 225 guidelines. Includes historical charts of valuation and downloadable valuation letter.
Monthly Business Performance Alerts
We're really excited by this one! Each month on 15th of each month, (Or you can elect a different day), you'll receive an automated alert of the changes to some of your key business indicators. For clients with multiple clients in their dashboard, you'll receive one report with each of your company's alerts.
Jazoodle Green Score
In association with the Central Coast Sustainability Association, we're releasing our Green score. This score tracks sustainability in three areas: Business Sustainability, Planet Sustainability and People Sustainability
Google Single Sign On
This finctionality makes it even easier to create your Jazoodle Business Health Dashboard. We've integrated the secure Google Single Sign On functionality that means in just a few seconds, your profile is created
Consolidated Reporting
This is going to be a huge time saver for businesses and accountants alike! Consolidate up to 20 different companies in just 3 seconds. Consolidate also into a single common currency
Automated, Daily Data Synchronisation
On release, all dashboards will synchronise with the relevant accounting system on a daily basis. Depending upon your subscription level, all KPIs, reports, and business valuation will then be updated and reflect a company's latest business health performance and valuation position
Quarterly / Bi Annual Views
We've been asked by our clients to add different views to your financial statements, and business health and performance KPIs. We've added a quarterly AND bi-annual view just by clicking a link
Client Account Portal
Jazoodle do not want to lock you into a plan for a minimum period. Here, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, view invoices, and get a forecast of your current month's billing in one place
Jazoodle’s business valuation feature will be available in all Business Health Pro plans late December 2021. The valuation is based upon the higher value of:
- The total net asset value of the business
or
- A discounted multiple of earnings relative to earnings growth and volatility.
A single figure is calculated based upon your business’ performance and health. This figure is also calculated for prior years so that you can track the growth in your business value over time. A personalised business value letter is also created for download.
This will be a huge time saver for many! Consolidated Reporting allows you to consolidate the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cashflow reports of up to 20 companies into a single set of reports. On top of this, a consolidated dashboard is created that gives you a consolidated set of KPIs and even value (if subscribed to the Pro plan).
Another great feature is the ability to consolidate reports and KPIs into a single common currency. Currecies available include US Dollar, British Pound, NZ Dollar, even Indian Rupee. Account Elimination will be released within the next 2 weeks

- People / Employee Sustainability

Jazoodle are so pleased to release this brilliant functionality! Each month, on the 15th of the month, you will be emailed a summary report of all companies within your dashboard in a single report, detailing changes over previous month of:
- Your Business Health Score
- Cash Runway
- Net Margin
- Revenue Per Employee
- Asset Turnover
The report will identify changes in these key indicators over the past month giving you advance warning of any underlying changes within your business. A cut down version (Business Health Score Only) is available within our free plans. Want to receive your alerts on a different day? premium subscribers can elect to have their alerts on any other day of a month too.
Do you need to analyse a business’ financials and KPIs over both quarterly as well as bi-annual periods? In the current version of Jazoodle, you are given the option of viewing your business monthly or annually. This feature adds 3 month and 6 month views to all reports and KPIs. Just scroll across periods to compare.
Along with our alerts function, we’re launching daily data synchronisations with your Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB system. This way, you can be sure that your Jazoodle dashboard is always up to date, allowing you to keep your finger on the pulse of your business in an instant.
